SPECIALIZED SERVICES

NEEDS
ASSESSMENT

Providing systematic processes for determining the gap between an organization's current state and its desired state. Clear identification of areas for operational improvement, resource allocation, and policy adjustments by examining what is required to achieve a specific outcome or goal.  An information gathering and analysis process resulting in actionable recommendations.

TRAINING
(Individual, team, and train-the-trainer) 

Building capacity to critically analyze, interpret, judge and communicate about information to make informed decisions based on a sound understanding of the value of the contributions of individuals, teams, and initiatives to organizational success. This includes training for individuals and teams as well as train-the-trainer approaches geared to broader, more sustained organizational success over time. A structured approach for building pre-identified skills resulting in staff with improved knowledge, skills and abilities. 

COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERSHIP

Developing a collaborative relationship that empowers individuals or small teams to address specific challenges through setting goals, identifying areas for development, developing action plans, and regularly evaluating progress towards positive organizational outcomes. This can include optional follow up designed to enhance goal achievement through supporting staff in meeting their own pre-identified goals. This can be arranged as either an intensive engagement for 6-12 weeks resulting in staff who are better able to recognize and capitalize on opportunities for organizational improvement, or a customized engagement the frequency and duration of which are based on the complexity of the goals and an individualized determination of the optimal level of support resulting in better goal attainment by staff.

OPERATIONAL PLAN DEVELOPMENT 

Identifying the strategies and resources needed to maintain or expand organizational success, especially during times of uncertainty. A series of virtual or in-person meetings with staff across the enterprise that results in an actionable roadmap with specific objectives, targets, timelines, and approaches for monitoring the organization’s desired future state.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT 

Creating processes for converting operational and administrative data into actionable, meaningful, balanced evidence to drive decision making, accountability, and quality assurance. A process that creates a comparative framework for examining organizational success:

  • over time, 

  • across organizational units or centers, 

  • against external benchmarks, and

  • before and after significant changes.

Cultivating a culture of learning and accountability that endures through developing robust frameworks for data collection and analysis, establishing clear performance measurement systems, and guiding teams in integrating evidence into everyday operations, ensuring that insights are continuously generated, communicated, and used to drive improvement.
