Deliverable: An enterprise-level theory of change and a practical, step-by-step replication guide for the Foundation’s patient navigation program. For organizations that want to adopt the TKF navigation model, our work equips them to assess community needs, build effective partnerships, train navigators, and deliver impactful services. Evidence Oracle helped empower TKF to better measure its reach, improve patient outcomes, and lead in kidney health advocacy.
Open University of Tanzania Voluntary Organization for Professional Monitoring and Evaluation (OUT-VOPME) Network

Deliverable: Three tailored 90-minute virtual trainings about evaluation planning, evaluating organizational change, and developing and using logic models. Trainings were conducted live and also recorded for future use. Trainings reached more than 400 peole attendees who indicated that they gained useful skills applicable to their work. Deliverable: Co-led an interactive training to build staff capacity in developing and applying theories of change (logic models) for program and policy evaluation, featuring real-world examples and actionable guidance from experienced federal evaluation leaders.

Deliverable: Weigh in on activities that support evidence-building and program evaluation for federal agencies.
