Need Addressed: More focused value proposition and an actionable plan for the Texas Kidney Foundation’ Patient Navigation services to become an evidence-based program.
Deliverable: An enterprise-level theory of change and a practical, step-by-step replication guide for the Foundation’s patient navigation program. For organizations that want to adopt the TKF navigation model, our work equips them to assess community needs, build effective partnerships, train navigators, and deliver impactful services. Evidence Oracle helped empower TKF to better measure its reach, improve patient outcomes, and lead in kidney health advocacy.
Open University of Tanzania Voluntary Organization for Professional Monitoring and Evaluation (OUT-VOPME) Network

Need Addressed: Assessment of members’ professional development and skills building needs and tailored training to address skills gaps.
Deliverable: Three tailored 90-minute virtual trainings about evaluation planning, evaluating organizational change, and developing and using logic models. Trainings were conducted live and also recorded for future use. Trainings reached more than 400 attendees who indicated that they gained useful skills applicable to their work. Need Addressed: Assess the current state of client intake data collected through a Universal Intake Form by conducting a structured technical review of its overall quality, usability, and strategic value. This work involved identifying key strengths and weaknesses within the existing data environment and outlining innovative, value driven opportunities to leverage data in support of decision making, operational efficiency, and organizational outcomes.
Deliverable: A concise Technical Data Review and Assessment Report that summarizes data strengths, weaknesses, and risks; presents innovative data use cases tailored to organizational needs; outlines a high level analytics plan identifying priority analyses and next steps; and provides actionable recommendations to improve data quality and address identified gaps.

Need Addressed: Training for evaluation and evidence building staff
Deliverable: Co-led an interactive training to build staff capacity in developing and applying theories of change (logic models) for program and policy evaluation, featuring real-world examples and actionable guidance from experienced federal evaluation leaders.
