An award-winning expert in data and evaluation, recognized as Data Foundation Evaluation Officer of the Year, Dr Jenkins delivers innovative, creative, and engaging consulting services that help organizations become truly data-driven.
With extensive experience as a professor, keynote speaker, and organizational transformer, she excels at converting complex datasets into actionable insights that drive policy, program performance, and organizational success.
Renowned for strategic, analytical, and collaborative leadership, she works in partnerships with clients to solve challenging research and policy issues. With proven expertise in advancing data quality, governance, program and policy evaluation, strategic planning, and performance management, Dr Jenkins knows how to lead large-scale change initiatives and enhances productivity across public, nonprofit, and private sectors both in the United States and with international partners.

Margo Bailey, PhD, MPA
The owner of Bailey Clarity & Motion, a boutique consulting and coaching practice that helps mission-driven organizations and leaders turn strategy into measurable action. She supports strategic planning, change and implementation readiness, meeting/retreat facilitation, and practical performance tools (KPIs, dashboards, and decision frameworks) that strengthen alignment, accountability, and results. Her work is grounded in public-sector and nonprofit leadership experience and tailored to the realities of complex, stakeholder-rich environments.
Adam Beddawi, MS
A senior advisor at Constituent Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that supports clients to meaningfully include communities in policy advocacy and strategic research. He was previously a program manager for the National Network for Arab American Communities (NNAAC), a coalition of 36 Arab American community-based organizations across 13 states. He is a collaborative, coalition builder with extensive policy and advocacy experience.
Kristen Hudgins, PhD
A cultural anthropologist and expert in qualitative research methods. She has extensive experience providing research, evaluation, and strategic advisory services to aging, health, and Tribal health organizations, with a focus on data infrastructure, program performance, and health system planning.
Jane Tilly, DrPH
A health and aging policy researcher with a focus on age discrimination, healthy aging, public health, dementia, and supportive services. Her work has resulted in significant policy and program changes, and major publications and presentations at state, national, and international levels.
